iPad offer from the British College

Since its initial launch Apple’s iPad has created excitement among people all over the world. This multipurpose device is on everyone’s wishlist. We get to read about how it is being embraced by various sectors, be it business, health, education, governance, art or just any type of everyday use by people. Many universities and colleges in US and Europe have started using iPads replacing books and note taking activities. Newly opened the British College in Kathmandu has done something similar. They have an interesting offer where the students can receive iPad 2G.

“We want our students to be the best equipped students in Nepal, consequently, every student who pay their 1st year fees in full, upfront, will receive an iPad 2G 16 GB to assist them in pursuit of their academic goals.” said David Bryce, the principal. The British College enrolled its first batch of students recently. The college intends to offer around 400 seats to students for this coming October 2012; which means, a lot of the British College students with iPads.

The British College offers degree and master qualifications from University of the West of England. The college is situated in the New Trade Tower in Thapathali.
