From the depths of New York city, aLEX has landed in Nepal with his debut album “Champion”. Blessed with a voice so unmistakably original, he’s here with a hard-hitting dose of reality rap, as he spills his soul into the eight tracks beats of hip-hop and rap. Although a genre like this kind may not be as popular in Nepal as to rock and pop, but for aLEX, this music has a deeper meaning to it, as he utilizes it to share his personal journey in life and express thoughts on his culture. “Champion is all about [my] experiences that is merely transformed into tunes…. The songs are the reflections of common day life experiences simply justified by the music”, says aLEX. The track “Bhan” has been specially dedicated to the Nepalese people

This twenty-five year old sensation is a graduate of the University of Connecticut, holding bachelors in Business and Technology. He had a musical inclination since his early childhood as he grew up listening to legendary rappers like Tupac, Biggy Smalls, Jay-Z, Lil Wayne and Drake.

All songs in the album are written and composed by the artist himself. Sri Krishna Raj Pudaisani produces the album while the video production credit goes out to Sudip Shrestha and Sajan Shrestha. Champion is introduced and manufactured by Gnext Entertainment (P) Ltd.
